We’re seeking a Fellow to help grow and engage our base of supporters while supporting our events, programs, and organizing work. This is a remote-hybrid position, with opportunities to work both in-person at our Chicago (Pilsen) office and out in the community at events.
Selected applicants will be invited to attend an interview and complete a simple writing exercise.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with supporters through one-on-one communication, including phone calls, Zoom meetings, text messages, and emails.
Follow up with new and existing supporters to deepen engagement.
Track and report outreach, including the number of contacts made and outcomes.
Support organizing events such as phone banks, candidate forums, and community gatherings.
Draft and send email updates to our supporters.

Details
Start Date: Late August or early September 2025
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Timeline: The Fellowship will run through to December, with a possibility of extension afterward.
Compensation: Rate of $20/Hour
Location: Remote optional – there is an opportunity to work from our Chicago office and attend in-person events.
Deadline: Applications accepted on a rolling basis, with a priority for submissions before Friday, August 22nd at 11:59 PM.
